One Opened Tube: For orders containing multiple tubes, only one tube may be opened and used to evaluate the product. The remaining tubes must remain unopened and sealed.

Within the Guarantee Period: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to determine whether the product meets your expectations.

Return of Unopened Tubes: If you are not satisfied with the product, you must return the unopened and sealed tubes within 14 days after the guarantee period for a full refund.
Our “Money-Back Guarantee” is designed to give you peace of mind when trying our products. However, please note that using all tubes and then requesting a refund does not comply with this guarantee. We encourage our customers to evaluate the product according to the above conditions before making a decision.
