14-Day Return Policy

Is your order not what you expected? Painlesstattoo.nl offers you the guarantee to return your order within 14 days after purchase and receive a refund.

This is, of course, only possible with undamaged packaging that is returned with the seals intact. Please make sure the package is sufficiently stamped. After we receive the goods, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 days. Both the costs and the risks of shipping (for example, if a package gets lost with PostNL) are at your own expense when returning an order. If you want to be sure that the package reaches us, please send your return by registered mail or as a parcel. We also kindly ask you to register your return within 14 days after receipt by sending an email to info@painlesstattoo.uk stating your order number, and please mention the order number on the return package.

Returns that cannot be identified will, if possible, be returned to the sender. Note: return costs are at your own expense.

⚠️ Important: The seals on the packaging must not be broken. Returns that do not meet this requirement, or that are damaged, soiled, or altered, may be refused and will therefore not be refunded.

Legal Conditions

By law, the buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. This return period starts on the day the product is received. From the moment of your return notification, you then have another 14 days to send the product back.

This is only possible if the product is returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The invoice amount will be refunded within 14 days to your original method of payment unless otherwise stated by the buyer.
