Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day and will most likely be delivered the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders above £100 are shipped free of charge with track & trace.

All packages are shipped via DHL by default. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified, and you can track your shipment if it has been sent with track & trace.

Changing the Delivery Address

If a customer chooses to use DHL service points for delivery and the package is not collected within a reasonable time, the package will be returned to the sender. The resulting costs, including return shipping costs, will be charged to the customer.

The same applies to return shipments caused by incorrectly entered delivery addresses provided by the customer, resulting in the package being returned to the sender. These costs will also be charged to the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package on time from the selected DHL service point and to provide accurate and correct delivery information during the order process. Incorrect addresses or failure to collect the package in time may result in extra costs, which are at the customer’s expense.

After placing the order, the delivery address cannot be changed.

At Painlesstattoo.nl, we do our best to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. A change of address after placing an order is only possible if the order has not yet been processed in our warehouse.
